At Leoneel Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you can return it within 15 days for a refund. Please read the following guidelines to understand our return and refund process.

- Item Condition: Return the item unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. We do not accept items that are used, opened, or damaged.
- Proof of Purchase: Provide a receipt or proof of purchase to request a return or refund.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Follow these steps to begin the return process:
- Contact Us: Email us at Hello@leoneel.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return.
- Get Authorization: We’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions. Include this number in your return package.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with any accessories, manuals, and documentation. Send it to the address we provide. You’ll cover the return shipping cost unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
4. Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Items that are used, opened, or damaged
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
6. Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order for the item you want.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately at Hello@leoneel.com. We’ll send return instructions and cover the shipping cost. You can choose between a full refund or a replacement.
